Integrated Craniosacral Therapy, or ICST, helps you let go of forces of tension. With a gentle pressure of about 5 grams, my hands follow the natural movement of your bones to release restrictions throughout the body's central nervous system.

How Does iCST Work?

Craniosacral refers to the cranium at the top of the spine and the sacrum located at the base of the spine. The spinal chord is encased in a series of membranes to which the bones attach. Cerebrospinal fluid circulates within this system creating a pulse-like rhythm that is tracked by the therapist who monitors this rhythm to pinpoint the source of an obstruction or stress. Once a source has been located, the therapist assists the natural movement of the fluid and related soft tissue to help the body self-correct.
